Follow these steps to access the EWS of your Enterprise MFP:
- Identify printer’s IP Address or Host name.
- Touch Ethernet to view the IP Address on the Printer’s Control Panel.
- Open Web Browser and type IP Address or URL on the address bar.
- From EWS select Sign In.
- Enter administrator credentials.
- Select Security Tab, then select General Security.
- Under Set the Local Administrator Password, complete the required fields.
- Select Apply to save the new password.
- Select Sign Out when you have finished using the EWS.
- On your printer, select Sign In.
- Enter the administrator password.
Follow these steps to Configure IP security settings:
- Select the Networking tab.
- Select IPsec Firewall on the left column.
- Select the checkbox to enable IPsec Firewall.
- Add any IPsec Firewall rules, if desired.
- Click Apply.
Follow these steps to lock the formatter:
- Locate the Kensington lock port.
- Insert the lock into the port and then secure the lock.
Follow these steps to enable the hard disk encryption through the EWS:
- Sign In to EWS on your computer.
- Select the Security tab.
- Select Protect Stored Data on the left column.
- Select your drive and any other settings.
- Select Apply.
