Steps for setting up a scan to network folder on HP Enterprise MFPs:
-On your computer, open the printer's embedded web server.
-Sign in with administrator credentials.
-Select the Scan/Digital Send tab.
-Select Email and Scan to Network Folder Quick Setup Wizards.
-Select Add, then enter a title and description.
-Select Next, then enter the folder path in the UNC Folder Path.
-Select Authentication Settings and select an option.
-Enter the Windows Domain and select Next.
-Set any scanning preferences, then select Next.
-Review the summary of settings, then select Finish.
-Select the Quick Set on your printer control panel to scan a job and save it to the created network folder.
