Follow these steps to print on envelopes from Contacts app in macOS:
- On your Mac, open Finder.
- Click Applications.
- Double-click Contacts.
- Click the name of the contact to print on the envelope.
- Click File, and then click Print.
- At the bottom of the print dialog box, click Show Details.
- Click the drop-down next to Style and select Envelopes.
- Click Layout.
- Click the drop-down box next to Layout and select your envelope size.
- Click Label.
- To include your return address on the envelope, select the checkbox next to Print my address.
- Click Orientation and select the Landscape icon.
- Click Print to print the information on the envelope.
Follow these steps to print from the Pages app in macOS.
- On your Mac, open Finder.
- Click Applications.
- Double-click Pages.
- In the left column, click Stationery.
- Scroll to the Envelopes section and double-click the envelope template you want to use.
- Click Document.
- Under Printer and Paper Size, click the second drop-down and select your envelope size.
- On the template, click the placeholder recipient address and replace it with the recipient address.
- Double-click the placeholder return address and replace it with your address.
- Click File, then Print.
- Click the drop-down next to Printer and select your printer from the list.
- Click Print.
- The envelope prints according to your selected settings.
