Steps for fixing your HP mobile printer when it does not power on or respond:
Test the power without the battery.
Remove the battery and connect the power cord to the printer and a power source and try to power it on.
Reset the printer and test the wall outlet.
Unplug the printer's power cord and test a different appliance with the wall outlet.
If it works, the wall outlet is functioning correctly.
If it doesn't turn on, trying another appliance and repeat the test steps.
If the appliance doesn't turn on, find a working outlet for your printer.
