Steps for clearing paper jams on HP PageWide Pro and Enterprise printers:
Open the left door.
Remove the duplex module, then remove jammed paper.
Release the green tab and raise the platen.
Reinstall the duplex module and close the left door.
Press OK on the printer control panel and try to print again.
